“Fibramatic” Fibre Extractor

“Fibramatic E” System
to determine total fibre contents, soluble and insoluble, in food products such as flours, cereals, vegetable processed food products, etc. - compact, modular steel structure, epoxy-painted against chemical agents.

The "Fibramatic E" system was developed to determine, in fast and efficient fashion, fibre contents in food following enzymatic methods such as A.O.A.C. Official Methods of Analysis, XV edition, 1990, 985, 29.
The "Digestor E" incubator/stirrer (dim.: 300x410x450 h mm - weight: 12 kg - 220 V, 50 Hz, 1010 W) features controlled temperature up to 100 °C and continuous adjustment of stirring speed: it allows the incubation in 6 400-ml containers of samples treated with specific enzymes.
The "Filtration E-Unit" (dim.: 750x400x450 h mm - weight: 30 kg - 220 V, 50 Hz, 125 W) features a high-performance, electronic suction pump for the "pressure" function used for clearing the porous partition in filtering crucibles. The alternate pulse and suction actions which characterise this unit, allow a considerable reduction of the time needed for filtering the sample after it has been subjected to the enzymatic treatment in the "Digestor E" unit. |
