“Variovac” Unit
for extracting acid fumes - natural resin construction with high resistance to chemical corrosion - extraction flow adjustable to max. 35 litres per minute - tank volume: 10 L - weight: 8,5 kg - dim.: 250x370x400 h mm - power supply: 220 V, 50 Hz, 160 W.
"Variovac" includes a tank into which 10 litres of tap water are poured; a motor-pump unit located above the tank generates a circular motion of the water in the tank to create a venturi effect, which in turn generates a continuous, non pulsating vacuum. The vacuum is available straight from a variable volume intake point to which a tube is connected for all those applications requiring a continuous, non pulsating vacuum.
The adjustable strength of the vacuum allows the operator to adapt the extracting/neutralising action to the effective volume of acid fumes generated, depending on the type of mineralisation process. Thanks to its design, "Variovac" is suitable for all applications in which non pulsating vacuum of continuously adjustable strength is required. |
