“Scrubber-Neutralizer-Ecolab” Unit

for neutralising corrosive vapours and gases generated during wet mineralisation processes using strong oxidating reagents - 2 litres per minute cooling water flow - 2 litres per minute fume extraction water flow - 1.6 L volume of neutralising solution - weight: 3.5 kg - dim.: 190x300x500 h mm - no power supply required.

"Scrubber-Neutralizer-Ecolab" ensures a safe, ecologic and economic neutralisation of acid fumes and vapours generated during Kjeldhal analysis or other mineralisation processes. The system does not need electricity to operate but is simply connected to the lab's water supply. The operating principle is based on the BI-STADIO (dual stage) process:
1 - CONDENSATION of vapours by high-efficiency thermal disperser
2 - NEUTRALISATION of acid fumes by alkaline solution
Important Note: For applications with mineralisation units using over six stations, the greater volume of fumes requires the added extraction power supplied by the "Variovac" unit (vacuum pump with continuous adjustable operation).
