This machine achieves an effectively airtight seal on polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC and CarteneÒ bags of 100 micron maximum thickness. Having positioned the bag, the operator simply pulls down the handle and waits until the warning light turns off to indicate that sealing has been completed. Dwell time is adjustable and normally is set to two seconds.
