“Tipha” Sampler

"Tipha" is introduced in the container till it reaches the bottom: pressing down on the handle causes the piston to lift and clear the hole on the bottom of the cylinder, allowing the liquid to enter the cylinder. Lifting the sampler out of the container the piston closes the hole and the sample is ready for transfer to a container for testing.

“Plunge” Sampler

The sampler is introduced in the container to the desired depth. A pressure exerted on the handle causes a spring to lift the cylinder's stopper, allowing the liquid to enter. The sample is recovered by unscrewing the cylinder and pouring the contents into a container for testing.

“Pelican” Sampler

manufactured entirely from AISI 316 stainless steel (pharmaceutical grade) - used for taking samples of granular, tablet and capsule products - with four buckets - dimensions: 50x50x1000 h mm (buckets excluded) - cap. 1000 ml - weight: 3300 g.

"Pelican" is position into an empty container. Introducing the product to be tested in the container, some will collect in the buckets at different depths. The sampler's contents can then be emptied into another container for testing.

“Rocket” Sampler

manufactured entirely from AISI 316 stainless steel (pharmaceutical grade) - used for sampling powders, granules, etc. from original containers (bags, drums, etc.) - capacity: 5 ml - dimensions: diam. 20x800 h mm - weight: 1250 g.

Simple to use, "Rocket" is pushed into the container with its tip closed. Once the desired depth is reached,
exerting pressure on the handle makes the shaft clear the tip, thus allowing the product to enter the sampler. Pulling on the handle closes the sampler which can then be withdrawn.

“Needle” Sampler

The sampler's tip is used for piercing the bag and collecting the sample.

“Visco” Sampler

manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel (pharmaceutical grade) with piston tip made of Teflon PTFE - used for sampling viscous and semi-viscous products - capacity: 16 ml - dimensions: diam. 10x540 h mm - weight: 230 g.

After introducing "Visco" into the container the sample is sucked in by pulling up the handle. The sample is released into the test container by pushing down the handle.

“Multilevel” Sampler

manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel (pharmaceutical grade) - Teflon PTFE piston - two separate sample collecting chambers - used for sampling granules and crystals from original containers (bags, sacks), but unsuitable for fine powders - dimensions: diam. 34x 680 h mm - capacity: 20 ml - weight: 1800 g.

The sampler is introduced in the container with the chambers closed, which are then opened by rotating the handle through 180°. Before withdrawing the sampler the handle is rotated in the opposite direction through 180°. The contents are emptied in the test container by opening the chambers again.

“Pic-Inox” Sampler

"Pic-Inox" is used for sampling powder, granule and crystal products used by pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.
It can be inserted direct into plastic, paper or fabric bags. The large tip diameter allows the material (even in big chips) to flow freely into the sampler. The hole made in the bag can be patched with some tape or using a special label.
