Bacteriological Closures

“Radial-Cap” Caps
anodised aluminium with internal stainless steel radial spring - for non air-tight sterile sealing of test tubes and flasks for bacteriological applications.
These caps can be sterilized by autoclaving or dry heat oven. They are of particular use as a quick alternative to cotton plugs, thus saving valuable preparation time. They are also reusable.
The special fit of the stainless steel spring ensures a tight closure. They are available in several colours and in a range of sizes to fit glassware from 9 to 47 mm external diameter (OD).
